Raffle Ticket, Concession Stand Worker Sign Up, Treat Ticket, and Picture Schedule Instructions

A few items from the Team Mom meeting that managers and parents need to know:

1.  Raffle tickets:  Can be placed in a black collection tote at picture days, volunteer work days, and opening day prior to completion of the opening ceremony.  All tickets must be cut into individual tickets to be valid for drawing.

2.  Concession stand:  Worker sign up window will be April 9 at noon through April 16 at noon on Signupgenius.com. Anyone who registers prior to then will be wiped off the schedule and have to register again during the window.  Groups wanting to work together can sign up together for a shift.  First come first serve.  (After April 16, remaining workers will be assigned a shift without regard to player game conflicts.  So encourage self signup.)

Sign Up Genius Instructions:

You cannot sign up until noon on Monday, April 9.  Any sign ups before then will be removed and you will have to sign up again.

You can begin to look at the dates and begin choosing dates you would be interested in working.

  6. You will see the schedule in “list view” (This is the best way to view the schedule initially)

12u and 10U may buy:

10 treats = $20

 OR 15 treats = $30
